Ryoku Dynamics Privacy Policy
Last Updated: May 22, 2025
Welcome to Ryoku Dynamics ("we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in an open and transparent manner. This **Privacy Policy** explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website ryoku-dynamics.com (the "Site") and use our products, including the **SUPRA-RD Security system** for **Second Life IT Security**. Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the site or use our products.
1. Collection of Your Information
We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect on the Site and through our products includes:
Personal Data
Personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, and payment information, that you voluntarily give to us when you purchase a license, activate a product, or when you choose to participate in various activities related to the Site and our products, such as contacting us via our contact form.
Derivative Data
Information our servers automatically collect when you access the Site, such as your IP address, your browser type, your operating system, your access times, and the pages you have viewed directly before and after accessing the Site. This is standard for most websites and is used for analytics and site maintenance.
Financial Data
Financial information, such as data related to your payment method (e.g., valid credit card number, card brand, expiration date) that we may collect when you purchase, order, return, or exchange our products. We store only very limited, if any, financial information that we collect. Otherwise, all financial information is stored by our payment processor(s) (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, or the Second Life Marketplace L$ transaction system), and you are encouraged to review their privacy policy and contact them directly for responses to your questions.
Product-Specific Data (**SUPRA-RD Security System**)
- License Activation: When you activate your **SUPRA-RD Security system**, we collect information necessary to validate and manage your license. This includes a unique license key.
- No Avatar or Object UUID Storage in Cloud: We **do not** store raw avatar UUIDs (Universally Unique Identifiers) or object UUIDs from your **Second Life** environment in our cloud services as part of the standard operation of the **SUPRA-RD Security system's licensing** or core functionality.
- License Hashing: The **SUPRA-RD Security device** locally generates a HASH value based on certain parameters. This HASH value, not the raw identifiable data it's derived from, is associated with your license key in our cloud service for license validation and management purposes. This HASH is designed to be a non-reversible representation.
- Configuration Data (Locally Stored): Your **SUPRA-RD Security device** stores its configuration (e.g., whitelists, blacklists, settings) locally within the **Second Life environment**, on the device itself (in notecards or script memory). Ryoku Dynamics does not automatically access or store this specific configuration data in its cloud services unless you explicitly use a feature that requires such (e.g., a future cloud backup service, which would be opt-in and clearly communicated).
2. Use of Your Information

3. Disclosure of Your Information
We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations. Your information may be disclosed as follows:
- By Law or to Protect Rights: If we believe the release of information about you is necessary to respond to legal process, to investigate or remedy potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others, we may share your information as permitted or required by any applicable law, rule, or regulation.
- Third-Party Service Providers: We may share your information with third parties that perform services for us or on our behalf, including payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, customer service, and marketing assistance.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Security of Your Information
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. Any information disclosed online is vulnerable to interception and misuse by unauthorized parties. Therefore, we cannot guarantee complete security if you provide personal information.
5. Policy for Children
We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13 (or higher age as required by applicable law). If you become aware of any data we have collected from children under the relevant age, please contact us using the contact information provided below.
6. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online Browse activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your region, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Please contact us if you wish to exercise such rights.
